HOP ON THE BUS WITH US!
Please join Texas Gun Rights and True Texas Project for a day of activism at the Capitol during the 89th Session of the Texas Legislature. Once each month, TXGR will host a bus to transport activists from a different TTP Satellite area to the Capitol. Whether you're experienced, or new at this, it's a great time together, riding the bus together, and doing important work together.
For this trip, departures will be from Cypress, TX or Brenham, TX. The bus trips are free but you MUST RSVP! Check the True Texas Project Calendar for other dates and details for buses from other areas of the state. There will be one each month of session.
Please do no reserve a seat unless you are committed to going. Every empty seat is a missed opportunity for another person. And if you reserve a seat and then find you cannot go, contact Fran Rhodes at fran@truetexasproject.com to cancel. Thanks to Texas Gun Rights for generously financing these buses. We can't afford to have empty seats!

Cypress/Brenham Area Bus Trip - Tuesday, April 1, 2024
- Bus departs Costco, 26960 Northwest Fwy, Cypress 77433, TX, Departure time 7:00 AM - Boarding time starts at 6:45 AM
- Bus Departs Wallmart Super Center, 203 US Loop 290 W, Brenham, TX 77833, Departure 8:10 AM - Boarding time starts at 7:55 AM
- Bus arrives in Austin approximately 10:00 AM - Meet up with Chris & Fran (and other activists) in the Rotunda to receive assignments
- Bus departs Austin for return trip at 4:00 PM, with arrivals in Brenham at approximately 6 PM, and in Cypress at approximately 7 PM
Original Departure times will be strictly observed. Don't be late!
