Plan your work. Work the Plan.
Do you have a plan for your precinct? How can you make the biggest difference in Harris County with the resources you have? Not sure what you can be doing? Would you like some help? What are the best practices for being a precinct chair? What training resources are available?
Please reach out to your Training & Development Committee Representative Bill Ely and work on a personnal plan for you and your precinct. Bill can be reached at wisely118@gmail.com.

Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District
November election. Three positions will be on the ballot. Republicans have a 6-1 majority. Harris County Republican Party and the Republican Party of Texas have endorsed the following candidates:
- Radele Walker (5)
- Dr. Natalie Blasingame (6)
- George Edwards, CPA (7)

Texas House District 135
The only House District within Senate District 7 that is represented by a Democrat, Jon Rosenthal. Rosenthal's conservative ratings by the Young Conservatives of Texas for the last few years is dismal (with 100 being very conservative):
- Career: 17
- 2025: N/A
- 2023: 16
- 2021: 13
- 2019: 23
Trump won 45% of the votes in HD135 in November 2024. Clearly, Rosenthal is not representing his district.
Precinct chairs are organizing now. Searching for precinct chairs and building a stronger Republican base.
If you don't have activity in your HD now, and HD135 is geographically close to you, please consider jumping in and helping those precinct chairs.

Recruit Precinct Chairs
Senate District has 171 precincts. Check the link below for current vacanct precincts. Steps:
- Research the precinct data for Republicans (reach out to Training & Development if you need assistance, Bill Ely @ wisely118@gmail.com.
- Build a target list.
- Obtain some HCRP Literature.
- Have the HCRP Precinct Chair application link ready (bookmark on your phone).
- Partner with a friend and/or nearby precinct chairs.
- Spend a few hours knocking on doors.
- Obtain a phone number and email if someone is interested.
- Get them the HCRP Precinct Chair Application Link if you have not done so already.
- Follow up.
- Welcome them when they join!
